Ingredients:
Pork Chops
Vinegar Peppers
Bread Crumbs
Flour
Grated Parmesean Cheese
Eggs
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

Directions:
1. Take each pork chop and filet them in half for thinner pieces
2. Make flour by adding salt, pepper, parm cheese, and pepper flakes if you desire. Flour each piece
3. In the eggs put parm cheese, salt, pepper, pepper flakes. Egg them after flouring them
4. Fry each pork chop with olive oil in a pan at medium heat, but do not fully cook them. They should be lightly browned.
5. Cut up vinegar peppers, put the pork chops and peppers and some of the juice they come in, in a 13x9 rectangle baking tray. Doesn't have to be this size that is just an example. Make sure it has sides on it so the juice is able to be held in the pan.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, just keep an eye on it you will know when it is done, I usually just keep checking and estimate.
